Martial Arts Cross-Training For

techniques, as well as stretching, yoga positions and strength training

What to wear to class:
Loose clothing (t-shirt,
sweats). Lycra and
spandex are
discouraged. We
have black karate pants
available for purchase, but a uniform is not mandatory.
We will be barefoot.
