Sensei Rick McGavin offers traditional Shotokan Karate and Kubudo classes, as well as self-defense and sparring practice.  Students range in age from 4 to 72. Our dojo (workout space) is located at 311 2nd Street in Paonia.  Be 5 - 10 minutes early for class.
