All young people have a dragon ready to be released and let them fly as they learn the physical and social skills to be a success in life.

5 to 7 yr olds.   This class builds upon the basics we taught in the Jr Athletes program. At this level the focus is more about athletic skills , though social skills are always part of our martial arts program. 

More emphasis is placed on martial arts skills, punching and kicking.
